Go-Drive Wrexham agrees to abide by the conditions of the professional code of conduct (a copy can be provided on request). In the unlikely event of a complaint or dispute, the guidelines of the code of conduct will be adhered to.
All students should be punctual for their driving lesson. In the event of a student not turning up, the instructor will wait 15 minutes before abandoning the lesson and the full fee will become payable. In the event of the instructor being late due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to contact the student. Any time lost will be made up by the instructor, either at the end of the lesson or on another suitable occasion.
Go-Drive Wrexham reserves the right to cancel a lesson if the instructor deems a student to be unfit to drive either through drink, abusive behaviour, drugs or any medication they are taking; in these circumstances the full fee will become payable.
Go-Drive Wrexham requires an agreement between the student and instructor that the test standard has been reached before any practical driving test is booked. The booking must be made using the instructors PRN (personal reference number), available on request.
Go-Drive Wrexham reserves the right to withhold use of the driving school car for the practical driving test if, in the opinion of the instructor, the student is not at the required standard to take the test.
In the event of the Driving Standards Agency cancelling the driving test, no refund will be given for the pre-test lesson and the hire of the driving school vehicle; any claim should be made directly to the Driving Standards Agency.
Go-Drive Wrexham requires 48 hours' notice of postponement or cancellation of a driving lesson; failing this the full lesson fee will become payable to the instructor.
Payment for lessons and intensive courses are payable on the day, or in advance. Any payment made will be non-refundable after 6 months in the event of a student cancelling the training.
Go-Drive Wrexham reserves the right to postpone any lessons if the instructor considers that the weather or road conditions are dangerous or otherwise unsuitable for training.
